What if I am late to the ceremony?
The the doors will be locked and the ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. We recommend guests arrive between 4:30pm-4:45pm to have time to mingle, enjoy some light refreshments and find your seat. If you are running late our coordinator will be at the entrance and will let you know if we are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the end of the ceremony. If you are unable to attend the ceremony you will still be allowed to attend the reception. Thank you in advance for your prompt arrival!
What should I wear to a black tie wedding?
Traditionally, black tie means gentlemen will wear tuxedos and ladies will wear floor length gowns, however we realize this is not realistic for all of our guests. We ask that gentlemen either wear a tuxedo or a dark colored suit with a jacket and tie/bowtie and ladies wear tea length (below the knee) or longer dresses/jumpsuits/pant suits etc. Black tie attire with a dark color pallet is preferred. Please avoid white.
What is the phones policy?
We ask that you completely power off your phones during the ceremony. This is so we do not have any interruptions and you are not tempted to snap a picture during the ceremony. We are so excited to see your bright and shining faces on our big day and do not want your phone in the way! We will be sure to share all of our ceremony pictures with you from our photographer.
